At Go-toStore, we’re committed to providing you with unique and useful products at competitive prices. However, before placing an order, we request you to please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully, as we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy.
Why We Don’t Offer Returns or Refunds
Our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers and verified vendors. We do not maintain our own inventory or warehouses. This means:
- Each product is shipped specifically for your order.
- Once dispatched, we are unable to reverse, recall, or return it to the supplier.
- Our suppliers generally do not accept returns, and hence, we are bound by the same.
Due to this supply chain structure, we do not offer return or refund options except in very rare cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Damaged or Wrong Product Policy
We do understand that mishaps can occur during shipping. If you receive:
- A wrong product, or
- A product that is visibly damaged or non-functional upon arrival
Then please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide the following:
- Your order ID
- Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Unboxing video if possible (recommended)
Our support team will evaluate the issue and, if approved, may issue a replacement or partial refund based on the situation. However, this is at the sole discretion of Go-toStore.
Important Notes
- No returns are accepted for reasons like “change of mind,” “don’t like the product,” or “ordered by mistake.”
- Custom or personal-use products (like pet items, hygiene products, etc.) are non-returnable under any condition.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
